Letter of Invitation (SPONSORSHIP)

“If you want to invite a citizen of another country that is required to apply and obtain a temporary resident visa, please feel free to contact us, we would be happy to assist you. We would help you in drafting and notarizing your Letter of Invitation”

As per the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, if you want to invite any foreign national to Canada, you must have to submit the Letter of Invitation.

Note: A letter of invitation doesn’t guarantee the visa will be issued.

It is recommended  to hire a professional notary public services provider to figure out the requirements and for smooth processing in Delta, Langley, Surrey, BC.

Make sure your letter is in good faith and must include correct information and keep your promises made in the letter.

Letter of Invitation (SPONSORSHIP)

DOCUMENTS NEED TO SUBMIT BY THE HOST(RESIDENTIAL OF CANADA):

  • Complete name
  • Date of birth
  • Address and phone number (of Canada)
  • The title of job
  • Proof of your residence in Canada (Canadian citizen or permanent resident). You have to submit proof of your status in Canada such as
  • Certificate of birth if you were born in Canada.
  • If you are a naturalized citizen, then you have to submit a Canadian citizenship card.
  • In the case of permanent residents, you have to submit the PR card or IMM 1000 proof of landing.
  • You have to submit the family details like the name and DOB of your spouse and dependents.
  • Details about the number of people living in your household.

Note: Last two points are mandatory for parent and grandparent super visa.

INVITING PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS TO CANADA? HERE ARE SOME ADDITIONAL POINTS THAT YOU NEED TO SUBMIT:

  • A written and signed document that you will financially support your parents and grandparents throughout their entire stay.
  • Proof your income, meeting the low-income cut-off as per the total number of people in your family (including the visiting person)
Foreign nationals have to submit the following information

FOREIGN NATIONALS HAVE TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • The address and phone number
  • Your relationship
  • Purpose of trip
  • Period of staying in Canada.
  • Details about the accommodation and living expenses.
  • Dates intends to arrive and leave Canada
